Privacy Policy

Daily Pulse Deals ("we") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect and why. Contact: hello@dailypulsedeals.com.

What we collect

• Email signup isn't open yet. Until it opens, the signup form doesn't store your email address or send it to anyone; our host, Cloudflare, only processes the request to answer it.
• Deals email signup (once it opens): your email address, the date and time you signed up, and the IP address your request came from (we keep it as a record of your consent). When you sign up, our signup form sends these details, including that IP address, to our email provider, MailerLite. We use them only to send the Daily Pulse Deals email and to show that you asked for it.
• Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site.
• Emails you send us: if you email hello@dailypulsedeals.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to read and reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.
• Visitor statistics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies or store anything on your device, and it doesn't track you across other websites or build a profile of you. When a page loads, a small script sends Cloudflare technical details such as the page address, the website that referred you, your browser, operating system and device type, page-load timing and other performance measurements, and a random ID for that page view that isn't stored on your device, and your approximate country. Like any request to a website, this reaches Cloudflare with your IP address; Cloudflare says it discards the IP address for these statistics and doesn't store it. We only see combined totals, not information about any one visitor. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load this script.
• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run ad pixels.

Affiliate links and cookies

Links from this site to retailers may be paid affiliate links. When you click one, the retailer may place or recognize cookies on your browser and receive information about your visit, so that a purchase can be credited to Daily Pulse Deals. Third parties, including retailers and other advertisers, may serve content and advertisements, collect information directly from visitors, and place or recognize cookies on visitors' browsers. Their own privacy notices govern that data.

Who processes your data for us

Cloudflare (hosting, the signup form and our cookieless visitor statistics), MailerLite (stores subscribers and sends the email) and Google Workspace (our email, including messages sent to hello@dailypulsedeals.com) process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address while you are subscribed, and for a short period after you unsubscribe so that we can honor your opt-out. Then we delete it. We keep emails you send us only as long as we need them to deal with your message and keep a record of our reply, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Cloudflare keeps the visitor statistics described above in detail for about a week and then only in summarized form; we can view them for up to six months.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or by writing to us. You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@dailypulsedeals.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control as described above. We don't track visitors across other websites, so our site doesn't change in response to browser 'Do Not Track' signals.

Children

Daily Pulse Deals is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
